The Area Manager supports a District Manager by leading a designated group of stores within the district, while also managing their home store. They lead their home store team to maximize store potential, achieving sales productivity goals and profitability as well as hiring, coaching, and developing associates as selling advisors. Their leadership influence and expertise help support their area stores to meet all the goals above.

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Women’s Accessories Designer with deep expertise in handbags and a strong background in leather goods to join our design team. This role will focus on developing seasonal collections of handbags, footwear, and belts that work together to tell complete brand stories. Soft accessories—including scarves, ponchos, cold weather, and hosiery—will be designed as complementary layers to the core leather goods collections.
The Financial Analyst II performs numerous financial activities including forecasting, modeling, budgeting, and reporting, for the Finance organization. This role will initially focus on sales and margin planning and forecasting.
The Incentive Administration Associate is responsible for accurate and timely entry, maintenance, and verification of all data supporting the PACE incentive program within the Distribution Center. This includes entering associate performance data, and quality audit results. The role ensures the accuracy of management reports, incentive calculations, and all data transmitted to Payroll. Additionally, this position supports data collection, quality verification, and compliance audits that contribute to weekly incentive pay processing while upholding all J.Jill safety and operational standards.
This role plays a key role in shaping and executing J.Jill’s go-to-market messaging strategy, supporting the development and execution of seasonal brand campaigns that define how the brand shows up across channels, campaigns, and key moments. The position helps ensure brand and collection stories are communicated clearly, consistently, and compellingly through cohesive seasonal narratives.
The Manager Paid Social Media manages the day-to-day planning and analysis for J Jill’s social media strategy, including the buying and optimization of all media campaigns. The role partners with the Brand Marketing and Ecommerce teams to translate business objectives into effective media plans and is expected to provide mid-level strategic recommendations driving customer growth and value.
