Overview

The Incentive Administration Associate is responsible for accurate and timely entry, maintenance, and verification of all data supporting the PACE incentive program within the Distribution Center. This includes entering associate performance data, and quality audit results. The role ensures the accuracy of management reports, incentive calculations, and all data transmitted to Payroll. Additionally, this position supports data collection, quality verification, and compliance audits that contribute to weekly incentive pay processing while upholding all J.Jill safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

·        Enter daily associate time and performance data from department team leader submissions.
·        Perform automated data transfers and update systems following verification.
·        Generate, review, and distribute daily performance reports to all standard departments.
·        Communicate with department management team to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
·        Enter weekly quality audit data and distribute weekly reports for approval.
·        Process incentive pay files and ensure accurate, timely communication with Payroll.
·        Maintain organized, accurate records of all PACE incentive program data, guidelines, and standards.
·        Enter program updates and changes to work instructions identified by Industrial Engineering and department leadership.
·        Conduct periodic audits of associates and departments to verify adherence to standards.

Qualifications

 
  • Strong computer and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to maintain positive working relationships.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, use sound judgment, and problem-solve independently.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; PkMS warehouse system experience is a plus.
  • Prior Distribution Center or similar environment experience preferred.
  • Organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Team-oriented attitude with strong customer service focus and flexibility.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • 1+ years of experience in a Distribution Center or similar environment
