Jill Acquisition LLC seeks a Sr Manager, Digital Platform Engineering to provide direction and technical guidance to the direct reports. 

Conduct performance testing before the change goes to production. Own release management of the changes going to production. Improve applications level alerting. Lead and own eCommerce production support and participate in on-call rotation as needed. Anchor the SWAT call, perform the role of incident manager and communicate with the stakeholders, and help to resolve P1 and P2 incidents sooner. Perform problem management and deliver RCA with the root cause and next steps. 2 direct reports in the positions of Performance Tester and Production Support Engineer. 1% domestic travel required.

Flexible hybrid work arrangements with three days weekly in our Quincy, MA office.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience in information technology. Must have experience with: e-Commerce technology – IBM WebSphere Commerce and/or HCL Commerce; Production support - senior system analyst or technical lead; DB2/SQ; Supporting progressive web application platform; Akamai Web Application Firewall; Supporting 3rd party application such as Bazaarvoice. 1% domestic travel required.
